Search Shopify App Events By Installation

The Activity page on SaaS Insights provides a tool for Shopify app developers to track and analyze significant events within their apps’ installation base. 

Overview of Event Tracking

Developers can monitor a variety of events that occur within their apps. These events include:

  • App Installed
  • App Uninstalled
  • Store Closure
  • Reopened Store
  • Left a Review
  • Recurring Charge Accepted
  • Recurring Charge Activated
  • Recurring Charge Cancelled
  • Recurring Charge Expired
  • Recurring Charge Frozen
  • Recurring Charge Unfrozen
  • Subscription Charge Applied
  • Usage Charge Applied
  • One-Time Sale
  • Payment Adjustment
  • Credit Applied

Events can be filtered by date range and by individual app. If no specific app is selected, the search tool will default to include all apps associated with the developer’s account.

In addition to event and app filters, developers also narrow down their search results by customer name and store domain.
